The World Employment Confederation is a non-profit association established under Belgian law. Our constitution establishes the General Assembly, the Board, and the standing committees as main bodies of the Confederation.
The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body, in which each member of the World Employment Confederation has a right to vote. Its roles are:

Members of the World Employment Confederation meet as part of the following committees:
Both CMC and NFC chairpersons (respectively, John Healy from Kelly Services and Charles Cameron from Recruitment & Consulting Services Association of Australia & New Zealand) have a seat on the Board. The Economic Affairs Committee’s chairperson (currently, Even Hagelien from NHO Service og Handel) is invited to attend Board meetings.
Other groups (task forces, networks, etc.) may be created according to needs, to deal with specific topics (e.g. data protection) or interests (e.g. communications).
